This one’s for Chris. After years of being part of the Cellarmaker family, he’s off to his next chapter, and we wanted to send him off right. A traditional English bitter seemed fitting: 100% Maris Otter malt, 100% East Kent Goldings hops. Nothing fancy, just honest brewing. Clean malt backbone, earthy and floral hops, session strength at 3.8% so you can settle in and take your time. Chris has been there for us through countless shifts, batches, and busy nights. This beer is simple, genuine, and brewed with gratitude. Cheers to Chris, to the memories, and to whatever comes next. All shall be well.
