Another round with our friends at Hop Butcher for the World, and this one’s a cut above. Nelson Sauvin brings its wine-like funk and gooseberry edge, Simcoe layers in pine and citrus, and Mosaic Cryo adds a punch of berry and tropical fruit. Columbus brings dank, resinous backbone while Vic Secret adds its own tropical, pine-forward twist. Every cut is prime. Clean, bitter, and built to showcase some serious hop craftsmanship.
