Shhh… this one’s classified. Hop Secret: 001 is a West Coast IPA brewed with an experimental hop that’s still in development—so secret, we can’t even say its name. With only 400 lbs produced, we were lucky enough to get our hands on some! What we can tell you… This hop is bursting with fresh strawberry, pink guava, and citrus zest, layered over a crisp, bitter backbone that makes this IPA truly stand out. This beer is extremely limited, and we have no idea if—or when—this hop will be available again. Get it while you can!
