Sorry nectarine bottles are sold out. 4 pounds per gallon of Le Grand nectarines from Sunnyland Orchards were added to a French-style country ale, inoculated with our house culture and aged in oak for 6 months. The result is an incredibly aromatic brew that inspires vivid thoughts of rows of trees weighed down by ripening stone fruit. Restrained acidity, hints of oak and a touch of earthy hops add layers of nuance to what is a potently fruity beer.
4:1 Peach Bottles ~ Sold out
Sorry peach bottles are sold out. 4 pounds per gallon of O’Henry peaches from Sunnyland Orchards were added to a mixed-culture witbier and further aged in oak for six months. These peaches were absolutely dripping with sugary-sweet juices that we knew were going to infuse the beer with tremendous amounts of flavor. Our prediction was correct — 4:1 Peach has explosive aroma that leads into bright acidity and over the top peachiness.
