Spritzy: Fruit Rebels

Hard Seltzer 5% ABV
Cellarmaker is stoked to have brewed this batch of Fruity Rebels, our yearly citrus infused collab with Berryessa Brewing Co. Every year we rotate in a different style so in 2022 we chose to create a highly drinkable Hard Seltzer which we conditioned on the zest and juice from Lisbon Lemon, Ruby Red Grapefruit and Washington Navel Oranges, all of which were grown out near Berryessa at Rainwater Ranch.

Lost Wisdom

Solera Saison 6% ABV
For 6 years we have nurtured a continuous fermentation by yeast and bacteria in a single tank in our brewery. Within the stainless steel enclosure lies our house mixed culture saison, Lost Wisdom. Periodically we remove a portion of the beer for bottling and replace it with fresh wort to continue the cycle of fermentation. The beer before you is a snapshot of Lost Wisdom’s persistent development. BATCH 11

Beer Wine Hybrid 8.7% ABV
With “Syrah” we attempt to please as well as deceive. This is a brewer’s attempt to produce a beer that can be enjoyed as a wine. A plentiful amount of Central Coast Syrah, sourced through world class winery Whitcraft, is infused with oak heavy mixed culture beer. We then extract the luscious liquid and bottle it with almost imperceivable carbonation. Rich and vivacious, Syrah will delight any lover of red wine.

Abel Tasman

Abel Tasman National Park is located at the northernmost section of the southern island of New Zealand. During a trip to NZ in 2019, we were captivated by the park’s awe-inspiring beauty. While there, we spent crucial time selecting the best hops NZ has to offer. This 100% NZ hopped pilsner is the result of that time and inspiration. Hops: Freestyle Farms grown Nelson, Riwaka, NZ Cascade, Motueka

Duality: Riwaka & Simcoe

Pale Ale 5.7% ABV
The 2nd in a series of 2-Hop pale ales exploring the sexiest hops the world has to offer. We shine the spotlight on our favorite American hop Simcoe, the hop that skyrocketed West Coast hoppy beer into the limelight with the infamous Pliny the Younger. The 2nd is a difficult to find hop: New Zealand grown Riwaka. This blend creates aromas of winter melon, satsuma mandarin, lemon zest, white grapefruit and flavors of pineapple flesh & margarita mix.

Pale Ale 5.7% ABV
Dobis is our 100% Citra hopped pale ale that starts with lots of Scottish Golden Promise malt to create a graham cracker base. Then Citra brings forth lots of pineapple, mandarin, citrus, and mango. We love Citra, it is super juicy and flavorful. This is the first beer in a long line of brews that we make hopped only with it. Cheers to the OG Dobis

Mo’ Strata

New comer Strata hops are showcased here alongside some good ol’ Mosaic. Strata is really cool. It’s a very weedy hop. Yes, that weed. It reeks of pineapple, lemon & Bonnaroo. We think the guava, tangerine & pine elements of the Mosaic team up perfectly to make this focussed, dank and fruity IPA. This is a West Coast IPA, so that means it’s clear, crisp & resinous. Drink up!

Mt. Cook

1st you climbed Mt. Nelson, then you tackled Double Mt. Nelson, now you are ready for the true challenge. Mt. Cook is the highest mountain in New Zealand. This IPA is dedicated to that giant beauty and made with the bounty of the hops grown on the Island. This beer is highly hopped with New Zealand Cascade, Nelson, Riwaka & Motueka. This delicious brew will get you to the highest peak and beyond!

Double Dough, Extra Cheddar, Broccoli Stuffed Crust

Fellow pizza and broccoli fiends Other Half Brewing collaborated with us on this hot and ready IPA that is bursting at the crust with the best hops in our arsenal. We worked closely with Papa Sam Richardson of Other Half to select fire Galaxy, Nelson, Strata and HBC 586 and roll them together into an open-faced calzone of ridiculous hop flavor and aroma!

Double Mt. Nelson

Ask yourself this question: how much Nelson can I handle? If your answer is “as much as you can give me,” then you are ready to climb Double Mt. Nelson. This 100% Nelson Sauvin hopped DIPA is packed with over 7 lbs per barrel of various Nelson crops to create an intense spectrum of Nelson amazingness. Notes of tropical white wine, Mt. Tam chaparral brush and the Opening Night of: Ziploc- America’s Weed Bag.

Coffee & Cigarettes

Smoked Porter 7.7% ABV
A lightly smoked coffee porter made with a touch of German beechwood smoked malt as well as high quality English malts to create a chocolaty, roasty, base beer. Then, add two pounds of Sightglass Colombian Finca Madrigal coffee per barrel for an intense but refined coffee character.

Barrel-Aged Barleywine 17.3% ABV
A four component Barleywine blend that weaves two parts double oak aged Barleywine (Weller Reserve and Thomas Handy Rye) with a barrel of our first Bourbon aged Munichwine (Heaven Hill) as well as a Bourbon aged Barleywine (Old Fitzgerald) of incredible depth that aged for two years. Salivating aromas of Tawny Port, cherry cordial, Tahitian vanilla, bourbon soaked dates and chinotto. Paralyzing flavors of maple sugar marzipan, creme brulee, fig, cinnamon raisin pumpernickel French toast and bourbon warmth.
