Dank Statement (first canning – West Coast Triple IPA) – 4 CANS
We don’t always make triple IPAs but when we do, they are DANK. So imagine our level of stokedness to bring back this ripping West Coast banger that hasn’t been brewed in four and a half years! As such, we swapped some hops in and out to update this to match our current ideals of what makes the best terpene driven clear and bitter beer. Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata and Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marinier and lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean and crisp bitterness.
I See a Dankness (first canning – Hazy West Coast DIPA – Sante Adairius collab) – 8 CANS
Presenting the first canning of our double IPA collaboration with the amazing folks at Sante Adairius. I See a Dankness is the Grand Daddy Purple of beers. A NorCal original hopped with Citra and Simcoe as well as Nelson and Nugget, this beer is at once fruity and modern as well as dank and classic. It is a definite blend of the two breweries’ styles born out of our mutual love of the DANK.
Danker’s Team (first canning – Cali Common – La Cumbre collab) – 4 CANS
Brewed with the famous Vapor™ lager yeast (named for the dense exhaust of vaporized weed clouds commonly rising from San Francisco breweries), this is a return of the instant classic, brewed once and only back in January of 2017. Danker’s Team is a supremely hoppy and hazy California Common brewed in collaboration with one of the great beer minds of our generation, Jeff Erway of La Cumbre Brewing in New Mexico. We mash Danker’s Team with a significant portion of @weyermann_specialty_malts Vienna, kettle and dry hop it with Nelson, Simcoe and New Zealand Nectaron, and ferment it cool and clean. The hops really pop with so little yeast aroma in the way but a sip reveals a sturdy maltiness not often seen in such a hazy offering.
Dank of the West (first canning – West Coast IPA) – 4 CANS
You know we love anything DANK, so when we tried this oily, tangy, ganja-smelling IPA, we wanted to make sure that this beer’s name said it all! Strata and Idaho 7 lead the way with bright tropical fruit and sour diesel spice with a touch of Centennial and Simcoe for undertones of citrusy terpenes. Clear and crisp for that West Coast kick that we all love some much. We ferment with our house ale strain which stays out of the way of these hand selected, tangy and sticky hops.
Tiny Dankster (our favorite Dank pale ale) – 4 CANS
Hopped with generous additions of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Citra this is one of our juiciest and favorite pale ales. It was one of our first DANK beers back in 2014 and has remained in constant rotation ever since. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, gooseberry, diesel, citrus and tropical fruits. Hold Me Closer Tiny Dankster!
