Donations

We are proud members of our community and we feel strongly about giving back. Cellarmaker does not donate beer or merchandise.* We make cash donations directly to causes we are passionate about.

Please carefully read through the following information to learn more about our charitable donations program.

We will consider making donations to the following types of causes:

  • SOMA neighborhood improvement: focus on charities that help address the homeless crisis and charities that clean up the physical landscape of South of Market neighborhood of San Francisco.
  • Environmental Causes: specifically those that work to remediate the effects of climate change and protect/restore natural habitats in California
  • Disaster Relief: supporting communities that have been affected by environmental disasters throughout California (ie. victims of the Tubbs and Camp Fires)

We politely decline the following requests:

  • Requests for beer or merchandise in lieu of a cash donation
  • Donations to business events such as networking events, mixers, conferences or grand openings
  • Donations to events that are not 21 and older
  • Personal events such as birthdays or weddings
  • Requests that do not give at least 30 days notice

Donation Requirements:

If you would like to receive a donation from Cellarmaker Brewing, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
  2. Your charity must not have received a donation from us within the last calendar year.
  3. You must fill out and provide all required information in the form below.
  4. You must give us at least 30 days notice before a donation is due.

We have donated to the following causes:

  • Downtown Streets ~ SF
  • Camp Fire Relief Fund
  • Planned Parenthood
  • Red Cross
  • SF LGBTQ Community Center
