3 New Beers!
Throughout the next 4 days we’ll be putting out 3 new beers. Sometimes they just bunch up like that. Just means it’s a great time to come on down to the brewery!
First up is “Hop Killah” which comes out on Saturday, March 1st at opening. It’s a West Coast Style IPA loaded with flavors and aromas of citrus fruit, grapefruit and fresh pine. Clocking in at 7.8% abv with intense aromas jumping out of the glass -this is a beer you do not want to miss. Hopped with Citra and Simcoe. We highly recommend coming in for a pint and a growler fill or two.
On Tuesday, March 4th, we put out two more new beers. “Tim’s Brown” is a hoppy brown ale very close to our heart. Tim has been brewing this beer since his early days as a homebrewer. It’s a recipe he has constantly adjusted in his efforts to make a deliciously floral, piney, somewhat hoppy, brown ale. This beer is loaded with flavors from the rich malts and a pleasantly firm but not overbearing bitterness. The end result is a damn tasty brown ale with a nice hop kick.
“Questionable Origins #3” Pale Ale is a pretty special beer too. Two of the hardest to acquire hop varieties in the world; New Zealand “Riwaka” and South African “Southern Passion” create a unique hop blend that you’d be hard pressed to find in any other beer. Passionfruit, Pineapple, Grapefruit Citrus, Earth, and Spice.
All three beers are available for growler fills, pints, tasters, etc. Come on through and get some!
Cheers ya’ll
